Our school got to have field day at the Dr. Pepper Youth Ballpark at Rangers Stadium. Dave and Brett decided to accompany me since none of my parents expressed interest in being parent chaperones, and I think we all had fun.

I cheered my students on in every race. They said they could hear me screaming over everything else. What can I say, I'm a little competitive.
We won 1st place in the Grand Slam relay. That might have something to do with me telling them that I didn't want to hear Ms. Molinar screaming that they won first again. We had a blast, and I hope they remember it for a long time.
